About The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Product Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven growth strategy, and data analysis with experience in growth hacking, go-to-market planning, localization strategy, and the crypto industry preferred.
As a Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of growth strategies for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success, to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, conduct experiments, and measure results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments.
- Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features.
What We Look For In You
- At least 1 year of experience in growth hacking related field.
- Strong insights into user preferences in different countries/cultures — Know how to use differentiated growth strategies in different regions.
- Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis; Proficient in growth data and experience using data to inform decision making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results.
- Experience in go-to-market planning and the crypto industry preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is an advantage.
