About The Opportunity
OKX is accelerating its crypto options offering and our market share is rising rapidly. Our Trading Product team is currently hiring a strong product manager who deeply understands options and trading so as to ensure our product iterations perfectly fit our platform and products for individual and institutional traders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- As the product owner of OKX options trading, you will drive option adoption, volume and OI growth, while aligning and achieving wider trading product team goals altogether.
- Enhance trading system logic, improve trading experience and capital efficiency of option trading.
- Improve current risk controls to reduce platform risks while maintaining friendliness to traders.
What We Look For In You
- Possess a strong interest in Crypto and Options Trading.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in options trading.
- Bachelor's degree in business/finance/computer science is preferred.
- Possess solid product development design and project management skills.
- You have great logical thinking and communication skills.
- You are proactive, enthusiastic, passionate, empathetic to users' feedback and work well in a team setting.
- Ability to drive and lead projects independently.
Nice-To-Haves
- Possess a strong understanding in the crypto options trading product landscape.
- Team management experience.
- Past trading experience either as a self-employed trader or full-time trader.
