About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for our Implementation Specialist team to support the strategic direction, development, and performance of our platform in APAC, ensuring it meets market needs and drives business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, product management, and leadership. They will report directly to the Managing Director, head of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the product strategy for the international platform, aligning it with company goals.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to gather insights and define requirements for features requiring a tech build
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals, user needs and market demand, and align stakeholders around prioritization decisions
- Responsible for driving the definition of large client engagements, in close collaboration with Platform Solutions
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
- Foster innovation and stay ahead of technological advancements in the fintech industry.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor and develop product management talent within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in fintech product management at a senior level.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of the fintech landscape, trends, and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in product management tools and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
