WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Own the product roadmap and help lead the product strategy on important products and initiatives of the company

  • Develop goals and metrics for the product team on short- and long-term horizons and help them deliver.

  • Partner closely with engineering, marketing and other internal teams to create, drive and deliver innovative, compelling product experiences.

  • Ensure that product, methodology definition, engineering, and other aspects of product development come together seamlessly throughout the product life cycle.

  • Developing strong working relationships across the Engineering leadership and peers to support the delivery of project plans

  • Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint

  • Understand business needs, analyst requirement and set up project schedule

  • Set and improve product development processes from user feedback or idea inception to the development and go to market strategy.

  • Acts as safeguard for the team

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 7~10 year’s Product Management experience in E-Commerce industry including product conception as well as launching, building and growing multiple products.

  • Have experience working in Mainland China, APAC and SEA.

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant disciplines

  • Possess software development project experience (preferably for websites, mobile web, and apps)

  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

  • Be action oriented and possesses good communication skills for all level of stakeholders

  • Must have strong logical and systematic mind set and the ability to think ways to improve the process and provide effective system solutions

  • Ability to manage in a dynamic environment with rapid development cycles, multifunctional teams and tight project timeframes

  • Knowledge to web technologies or programming language such as HTML, CSS, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, NodeJS will be an advantage

  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
