Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing product specifications and documentation for new product launches.

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform product design decisions.
  • Help develop and maintain product illustration templates and related calculations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pricing, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth product implementation.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned to support product development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with VBA or other tools is a plus.
  • Interest in insurance, financial products, or product innovation.

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
