Role Summary

We are seeking a Product Business Manager to lead the IMA Business Unit as a true business owner, driving both product strategy and commercial success.

This role goes beyond traditional product management— it requires someone who can drive transformative product and business impact as a visionary leader shaping Flexxon’s future direction and growth. You will work closely with Sales to craft market-penetration strategies, unlock new customer opportunities, and develop offerings that win in competitive markets.

You will lead the full product lifecycle while also owning the business roadmap, P&L-related considerations, market positioning, and long-term strategic direction of the IMA portfolio.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who wants to build, scale, and lead a business, not just manage a product.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Strategy

  • Own the business performance of the IMA portfolio, including growth strategy, market penetration, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year business roadmap aligned with corporate goals and market opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to drive revenue plans, segment strategies, customer acquisition, and partner engagement.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, product lines, and market expansions.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept, validation, and development to launch, scaling, and phase-out.
  • Define a compelling product vision and roadmap grounded in customer needs, commercial viability, and long-term business goals.

Go-to-Market & Commercial Execution

  • Co-lead GTM planning with Sales and Marketing, including pricing strategy, customer value propositions, launch activities, and competitive messaging.
  • Work directly with key customers, partners, and ecosystem players to drive adoption, secure design-wins, and influence product decisions.
  • Support major sales engagements and customer discussions as the product and business expert.

Market Intelligence & Portfolio Management

  • Conduct in-depth market, technology, and competitive analysis to steer product direction and business strategy.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and P&L-related metrics, ensuring products achieve commercial targets.
  • Continuously optimize product mix, cost structure, and roadmap priorities to maximize market impact and profitability.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Drive alignment across R&D, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to execute business objectives cohesively.
  • Champion the product internally and externally—guiding teams, influencing decisions, and representing the business unit at key engagements.
Who We’re Looking For

Business Builders – You think like an owner and build with long-term value in mind.
Strategic Leaders – You connect the dots across product, market, customer needs, and business goals.
Growth Drivers – You work closely with Sales to open markets, win customers, and grow revenue.
Execution Champions – You deliver results with speed, precision, and resilience.
Collaborators – You align teams and move the business forward collectively.

Flexxon is not just a workplace—it’s where bold ideas are turned into global impact.

If you’re ready to lead a business, not just a product, we invite you to apply and grow with us.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • Deep understanding of SSD, USB, SD, and MicroSD technologies and market dynamics.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing with urgency and precision.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset—comfortable making decisions and accountable for results.
