About This Role
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and hands-on graduate to join us as a Product & AI Engagement Trainee. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, product, and user experience, where you’ll learn how to turn insights into action and experiments into growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand user behavior, launch experiments, and shape how our users engage with AI-powered products. If you’re excited about building, testing, learning, and iterating, this traineeship is a great place to start your career in product and growth.
What you will be doing
Boost Engagement & Monetization
Design and run experiments (A/B tests, gamification, AI feature adoption, etc.) to improve Daily Active Users (DAU) and Monthly Active Users (MAU).
Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the product and data teams to translate insights into actionable improvements.
Accelerate Partner & Content Integration
Support onboarding of new content partners, AI models, and localized experiences.
Help maintain and update the in-app content catalog to keep it fresh and relevant.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout of new features.
Product Operations & Insights
Track product KPIs and compile monthly performance dashboards.
Document experiment results, learnings, and recommendations for future cycles.
Prepare summaries and reports for internal presentations and reviews.
User Research & Engagement
Call and interview users to gather feedback, understand behavior, and test new ideas.
Develop user research scripts, record insights, and identify recurring themes.
Coordinate follow-up calls or surveys to validate hypotheses and measure satisfaction.
Summarize findings to guide product improvements and feature design.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
Strong curiosity about AI, product design, and user engagement.
Comfortable with data and eager to learn how to use analytics for decision-making.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills — enjoys working across different teams.
Organised, resourceful, and proactive in taking ownership of small projects.
Excited to learn how products grow through experimentation and user insight.
Eligibility Criteria
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and a. Graduated in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025
Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
