This role is responsible to bridge BU business needs to effective/value driven execution proposals via connecting all dots BU/Spend areas. being engaged into data insights building and performing benchmarking analysis. This role will be performing cost model analysis including sourcing strategy optimization leveraging multiple sources across the spend portfolio and data lake. In addition, this role will be drawing insights & conclusions to enable spend area digital agenda.

How you will contribute
- The critical skill set required in these roles is to bridge BU business needs to effective/value driven execution proposals via connecting all dots BU/Spend areas.
- Provides advanced analytics and Use of data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI or Tableau) to help translate complex data into simple & meaningful insights. Partner with Sourcing Managers to model impact of trading variables.
- Perform analysis to benchmark costs to support sourcing decisions & productivity programs.
- Support execution of broader AMEA Direct Materials Sourcing Excellence COE team agenda.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Strong analytical skillset with experience in Excel (e.g. advanced formulas, pivot table, VBA) and visualization and reporting platforms such as Tableau or Power BI is a must.
- Experience working with advanced analytics platforms such as R/Python or SQL experience will be considered as asset.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate to non-technical audience.
- Experience working with & understanding complex business problems and being able to model scenarios/solutions will be an asset.
- 3-5 year experience in a Procurement, Spend analytics is preferred.
- University bachelor's degree in a business administration, economics or quantitative discipline (e.g., engineering, statistics, maths, analytics, finance, science).
