Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Oversee and develop cutting edge fabrication technologies and processes that produce world’s leading 3D NAND products, from new product introduction to mature mass production
• Build up technical expertise in interaction effects between various fabrication processes, and relate this to product’s yield and quality
• Pinpoint root cause, discover new opportunities through technical understanding as well as data analysis with advanced diagnosis tools
• Research, design, implement and analyze experiments, apply innovation and engineering judgement, propose and implement solutions
• Lead cross functions engineering team to drive process or process interaction improvement
• Provide timely update to Fab engineering and leadership team on project status
• Partner with other departments such as Planning, Quality, Process & Equipment Engineering to strive for best-in-class yield, quality, cost and output
• Collaborate with global partners including Technology Development, sister fabs, Micron central team for technology transfer, cross learning and support

Requirements:

• Bachelor, Master or equivalent experience in Electrical, Electronics, Material Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical and Chemistry
• Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal and presentation). 
• Strong personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Candidates with relevant experience in semiconductor fabrication process, process integration, product yield analysis.
