Manage the full scope of N2O manufacturing and transfilling, ensuring seamless operations.
Perform and oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of process equipment to enhance plant reliability.
Design and execute optimization projects, leveraging methodologies like Six Sigma, to improve plant efficiency and capacity.
Implement and adhere to all relevant safety and quality programs (e.g., SS, ISO, GMP) to meet both company and statutory requirements.
Create and update operational and maintenance procedures and documents for the plant.
Provide training to production staff on operational tasks, and assess their performance to ensure competency across all work stations.
Actively promote and enforce process safety awareness and best practices among the production team.
Continuously work to reduce material waste, minimize product rejects, and enhance overall product quality control.
Liaise with departments such as Laboratory, QA, and Supply Chain on matters related to production, quality, and inventory.
Organize and lead site-specific emergency drills with external agencies (like SCDF) and ensure the Emergency Response Team (ERT) training schedule is followed.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
Good knowledge of process unit operation and plant processes.
Basic knowledge of electrical safety and instrumentation controls.
Possess a willingness to learn attitude.
Good communication skills.
Ability to perform hands-on work.
