Job Description:

We are seeking a Process Engineer with a strong background in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on solvent coating and compounding processes, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across multiple projects.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects aimed at improving yield, productivity, and safety within solvent coating and compounding operations.
  • Develop and optimize process parameters to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Implement best practices for process safety and compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
  • New grad is welcome
  • Strong understanding of solvent-based coating and compounding processes.
  • Proven experience in process optimization, project management, and safety improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
