- Discover and integrate hot chains and protocols, collaborating with BD and OPS to facilitate partnerships.
- Track the development trends of leading public chains, analyze their growth strategies, identify potential collaboration opportunities, and promote deep integration of wallets within the public chain ecosystem.
- Build strong connections with the developer community to promote wallet services among public chain developers, increasing integration and usage rates.
- Develop user growth strategies for Web3 Wallets to enhance user retention and activity levels.
- Monitor user growth data, analyze user behavior, optimize product experience and growth strategies, and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team to manage the product iteration process, ensuring it follows the planned schedule.
- Engage in in-depth discussions about business scenarios and technological trends to ensure the product's applicability and foresight.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Over 2 years of experience in Web3 chains or Web3 wallets, along with 2+ years as a product manager in a large internet company.
- Strong ability to abstract and simplify complex problems, utilizing first-principles thinking; adept at systematic thinking and innovative problem-solving.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of driving cross-team collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Strong resilience under pressure, with outstanding communication skills and flexible thinking.
- A keen interest in Web3, with a sharp awareness of industry trends.
