What You'll Do
This position will be focused on developing and maintaining a diverse set of delivery metrics and analytics to demonstrate the value of initiative delivery supporting key initiatives within Payment Services. This includes, but is not limited, to representation of these results in a wide variety of formats (electronic, online, etc.) and the automation of the collection and creation of these metrics and analytics.
How You'll Do It
- Supports creation of portfolio-level reporting materials including scorecards, dashboards, monthly reporting and others meeting department and leadership needs
- Partner with senior leadership office on reporting needs on portfolio performance and progress.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collaborate in daily operational needs.
- Works with Senior Managers to perform resource planning and acquisition.
- Maintains an updated financial view ensuring optimal budget and resource utilization.
- Centralizes and maintains capacity view to facilitate optimization of resources.
- Ensures SOPs and appropriate controls are in place for processes within the portfolio.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelors Information Technology, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related
- 6+ years Visual Design, SharePoint/Web Design, Metrics or related

Bonus Points If You Have
- Proven experience in Portfolio Management or in a related role with 8+ years of experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, MIRO, Ms Office.
