About the Job：
Drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and systems. Lead technical direction for ML initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and solve complex, high-impact problems. Adopt AI/ML model to provide feedback loop to MinerPlus system to improve mining farm operation efficiency. Contribute to the strategic vision for AI/ML within the organization.
What you will be responsible for:
- Lead the development and deployment of complex ML models.
- Design scalable and robust ML infrastructure.
- Drive technical direction and best practices for ML.
- Mentor and guide other ML engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems with ML.
- Research and implement cutting-edge ML techniques.
How you will stand out:
- Strong background in machine learning theory and practice.
- Extensive experience building and deploying ML models in production.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python) and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years working experience in production
