  • Work with data across multiple platforms, integrating and cleaning complex sets from systems like Salesforce and Coupa.
  • Translate data into high-level reporting and visual representations for senior leadership and the board of directors.
  • Lead regional third-party due diligence and validation for partners and suppliers to ensure legacy practices meet modern Code of Conduct and Supplier Standards.
  • Enable Second Line of Defense oversight by independently monitoring regional compliance controls and validating the accuracy of business-led screenings.

Preferred Qualifications and Education

  • Proven ability to synthesize compliance data into presentations for executive teams, maintaining comfort when working with imperfect data.

  • Practical understanding of compliance frameworks and the ability to navigate the complexities of long-standing joint ventures or regional partner models.
  • JD or advanced degree in law, compliance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to communicate effectively with stakeholders whose first language is not English.
