Principal Coordinator, HR - Payroll
Summary:
- Assist, manage and help ensure day-to-day operations, meet standards and achieve goals in assigned functional area of Human Resources
General Responsibilities:
Timekeeping and Payroll Administration
- Review and audit calculations and ensures submission within schedule
- Lead processing of Timekeeping and Payroll with very minimal supervision
- Handle end to end administration of Timekeeping and Payroll
- Analyze system interfacing results (HRIS & Payroll system) and recommend solutions
- Prepare Gross to Net Analysis Report and other Finance-required reports on Payroll
- Handle Tier 2 case management - root cause analysis, remediation & preventive solution for survey detractors
- Address associate queries on Payroll/Timekeeping via Case Management tool
Basic Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Preferably College Degree
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years related HR work experience
- Amenable to working in a hybrid setup on a shifting schedule
