Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to lead global client experience initiatives within the Prime Financial Services business.
As an Analytics Vice President within Prime Financial Services Operations, you will leverage your advanced data analytics expertise to drive measurable improvements in client and business outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and vision for the PFSO business, determining strategic platform enhancements and digital solutions to maintain our competitive edge and appeal to our client base. You will also oversee multiple initiatives, from client deep dives to advanced data modeling, and will regularly present findings and recommendations to senior business and technical stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
  • Lead collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize data needs
  • Oversee analysis of data sources, mapping and sourcing data inputs to support business objectives
  • Use data-driven insights to tell compelling stories, identifying trends and patterns that inform business and operational strategies
  • Define, implement, and govern data quality rules and frameworks
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure secure and controlled access to data
  • Champion a data-driven mindset across BAU operations, leading forums and discussions to drive change
  • Oversee cross-functional project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Leverage GenAI and other advanced technologies for solution design and process optimization
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in the Financial Industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Technology, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end data modeling and analytics projects
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, timely solutions with direct client impact
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to structure and solve complex problems independently
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable partnering with colleagues across geographies and functions
  • Collaborative leadership style with a focus on team development and stakeholder engagement

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proficiency in innovative tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, UIPath, Tableau
  • Familiarity with Python/R
  • Experience with GenAI and other emerging technologies
  • Deep financial markets knowledge; experience with Futures & Options, FXPB, OTCPB, Prime Swap, Prime Cash
