Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
- Build and optimize workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing Power Platform solutions
- Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and best practice standards
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews
- Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer where required
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Familiarity with Dataverse, connectors, APIs, and custom integrations
- Understanding of low-code/no-code development best practices
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
