About The Team
Funding Planning and controlling Team is under Funding team, focusing on planning and controlling on funding both of retail and institution lenders to fulfill demand lending from borrowers and this team also work closely with cross functional team and management to align with corporate goals.
About The Role
As a Portfolio Management Analyst you will be in charge of increasing # of premium lender, active lender, share of wallet, product holding, lowering churn and reporting. As Individual Contributor in Funding team, you will work closely with funding business unit, risk management, operations, marketing, and data science team.
Responsibilities
- Do end to end segmentation activity: create segmentation (segment and subsegment), do portfolio action, controlling for execution, and review the result.
- Building customer journey for retail and premium lender
- Generate leads for funding business units for cross-sell/up-sell activities to increase product holding and also sales productivity
- Identify retail and premium segment both of individual and non individual needs and behavior to generate insights and shape acquisition and retention strategy of this segment
- Proactively collaborate with business unit team to apply customer insights
- Formulating various business insights through the use of analytics-driven methodology to find business opportunities and improve business performances
- Complete preparation of business insights framework from opportunities gathering, data sizing, business presentation and revenue/volume impact analysis
- Create & analysis report and finding opportunities for funding business
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, any major.
- 4+ years of work experience in relevant role (data analyst and/or portfolio management) in financial services
- Have a strong attention to detail and be motivated by a fast paced business environment
- Strong individual contributor and highly skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
- Strong excel skills (pivot, vlookup, hlookup, charting, and other basic excel functions) able to continuously optimize business strategies through analysis
- Fluent with hive SQL, familiar to use Python, SAS, R, Spark, etc for data analyzing
- Logical thinking, proactive, strong communication skills, and good teamwork.
