This role follows a hybrid work model which consists of 4 days in office per week. Additionally, you will receive 5 additional remote days per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval.
We are seeking a self-motivated Portfolio Data Analyst (PDA) to join the Portfolio Analytics Group. The principal job function of the Portfolio Data Analyst is to gather and track information and data regarding primary and secondary investments.
This individual will work closely with the department to assist in a broad range of operational tasks as well as collaborating with other departments where necessary to provide support across the Firm.

What you will do:
Process and Track Capital Calls and Distributions- Responsible for monitoring General Partner (GP) portals to identify capital call and distribution updates, processing requests within the notices, ensuring all relevant documentation is included and coordinating timely follow up with GPs when required
- Facilitate any materials, requests, and responses to internal departments, as needed
- Review and analyze capital call and distribution notices details, stock distribution activity and deal closing information into the system of record including updating foreign exchange rates for foreign domiciled investments
- Ensure all capital calls are paid and in timely manner and assist Treasury with any inquires
- Monitor underlying GP portals for partnership financial statements, capital accounts and quarterly reports
- Ensure all relevant documents are included in financial statements, follow-up, when necessary, upload to document storage system
- Work with internal stakeholders to request outstanding partnership financial statements from General Partners
- Facilitate annual meeting invites and upload General Partner announcements
- Track and prepare IPOs, M&As and other company news
- Review confidential underlying portfolio data, including fund size and company metrics
- Prepare diversification for quarterly fund reporting
- Facilitate incoming requests
Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Fund Accounting, Direct Accounting, Portfolio Analytics, and Investment teams
- Conduct periodic monitoring on work completed by third party service providers to verify accuracy and adherence to procedures
- Coordinate with global teams to assist with outstanding daily tasks and any additional projects
- System enhancement testing with IT, as needed
- Maintain PAG procedures and documentation
- Perform miscellaneous data entry and other responsibilities as required
- Cross-functional training in Partnership and Fund-level data tracking
