Job Description
You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited and report to Vice President, Portfolio Management, Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Department in the analysis of the performance of the Singapore portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseas
- Prepare management reports and board papers
- Carry out annual valuation of properties for the Singapore portfolio and consolidation of the REIT’s portfolio including overseas portfolio
- Support initiatives in system enhancement and automation of analytical functions
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.
- Possess strong analytical and financial skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel application
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
