Key Responsibilities

Product Planning

  • Analyze demand forecasts including term commitments, sales trends, production outlook and historical data to support supply planning decisions.
  • Develop and maintain supply, capacity, and inventory plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to align on demand and supply plans.
  • Identify potential risks and constraints in the supply chain network and propose mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes through data analysis and reporting.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns and other supply chain logistics related costs.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management review.
  • Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance planning processes and tools.
  • Assist with system data integrity including data entry into ERP, master data maintenance, and planning tool enhancements.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate supply to meet demand without overstocking.
  • Implement inventory control policies to minimize waste, obsolescence, and holding costs.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain accuracy of inventory records.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Solid proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with Power BI or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Practical exposure to ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
  • A confident communicator who can clearly explain insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A resilient, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to support cross-regional collaboration.
