We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planner to join our dynamic semiconductor operations planning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling manufacturing operations to ensure product flow meets on-time delivery and financial goals. This role oversees both production and new product introduction (NPI) schedules, close collaboration with product engineering, and OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate production workflows for one or multiple products.
  • Prioritize production & NPI tasks to meet order requirements and deadlines.
  • Address production & NPI issues, setbacks, and quality control concerns promptly.
  • Monitor production costs to ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with product engineering, and OSAT production managers, quality control, supply chain, and warehouse teams.
  • Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and minimize excess.
  • Introduce process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in production planning or manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • High proficiency in EXCEL spreadsheet
  • NetSuite ERP
  • Experience working with OSAT manufacturing supply chains
  • Teamwork and communication abilities
  • Detail-orientation and basic reporting skills
