Mercer Marsh Benefits is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office:

Placement Analyst

We will rely on you to:

  • Assist senior Placement colleagues with analytics and evaluating clients' insurance programs to better serve clients.

  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of insurance markets to better serve clients.

  • Draft proposal components that help more senior Placement colleagues to win new business and opportunities.

  • Manage insurer relationship and monitor KPI to ensure performance delivery by the insurers.

  • Support senior Placement colleagues during negotiations with insurance carriers by securing and comparing submissions, under close supervision.

  • Run analytics and evaluate clients' insurance programs to better serve clients.

  • Conduct remarketing to prepare and propose recommendations on the best solution to our clients.

  • Involved in projects to uplift revenue, improve efficiency and work processes.

What you need to have: 

  • Keen interest in field of employee benefits.

  • Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and to work on a team.

  • Demonstrable ability or interest in data cleaning, analysis, and recordkeeping.

  • MAS qualification is required for this role.
