Purpose

Your role will be to deliver effective, client-focused pitch materials by leveraging industry insights, best practices, and advanced tools. You will ensure pitches are competitive, meet deadlines, and align with client objectives, while also providing strategic feedback and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop client-centric pitch materials, incorporating sector / industry information, client research, and competitor analysis.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure pitches are competitive, innovative, and relevant.
  • Review pitch outcomes to identify successes and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights for future pitches.
  • Promote best practices by sharing successful pitch strategies, templates, and case studies across teams to standardise the pitch process.
  • Utilise tools and software to enhance the pitch development process, including automated templates and data-driven insights.
  • Deliver the pitch process from initiation to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and workflows are followed efficiently across teams.
  • Develop value propositions that highlight the firm's strengths and align with the client's objectives and challenges.
  • Offer detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on pitch outcomes, trends, and process improvements.
  • Reform standard templates and past materials to address specific client goals and concerns.
  • Manage and deliver low-priority or straightforward pitches independently, from initiation to submission.

Your experience

  • Approximately 2-4 years' experience in developing client-focused pitch materials, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate market research and competitive intelligence into effective pitch strategies.
  • Track record of reviewing pitch performance and implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience using pitch-related tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Previous experience with MarTech tools, such as Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to deliver pitches within deadline constraints.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling value propositions aligned with client needs.
  • Experience providing strategic recommendations based on pitch outcomes and trends.
  • Skills in adapting templates and existing materials to meet specific client requirements.
  • Ability to independently manage straightforward pitch processes from start to finish.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.

Qualifications

  • Degree (bachelor’s or higher) or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Experience of online / platform pitching processes are desirable
