Job Description

This is an exciting time to join the Publicis Family, which this role gives you the opportunity to work with a renowned and exciting new client of ours.

We are looking for an individual who can help to reinvent clients and guide them through their business transformation. This role will require the individuals to be proactive, entrepreneur-minded, open-minded, nimble and agile to work on an ever evolving client business and create/deliver award-winning digital performance media campaigns using in-house solutions (eg: Growth OS) whilst managing day-to-day planning, buying, implementation, optimization and reporting requirements for client’s business needs. The individual has to show good conduct of being a team player and deliver outcomes for the benefit of the team/Publicis Groupe.

Expectations of a Performance Planner:

1. Planning:

  • Assist the Manager/Director to develop media strategy, channel/ platform recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow-plan business unit.
  • Leverage available planning tools and liaise with media owners for proposals along with recommended ad formats.
  • Engage clients on day-to-day operations, media trend updates and various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels.
  • Able to read the data in terms of past performance, benchmarking for upcoming major & tactical campaigns.
  • Be familiar and become the power user of all trade and inhouse tools to conceptualize the media plans and justifications, especially in providing analytical view of the results (eg: Nielsen, Similar Web, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Strategy Manager and/or Director to jointly drive media strategies and solutions during brand planning, QBR and any senior client facing discussions.

2. Buying:

  • Understanding between different funnels & focused on the lower funnel campaign strategies to meet campaign goals.
  • Liaise with creative agencies for material (creative/content) submission.
  • Liaise with digital ad ops (campaign set up on self-serve platforms, tracking & implementation for client’s site, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing).
  • Global ops (adhering and following globally set parameters and campaign execution processes while also guiding others).
  • Oversee all performance across channels (Display, Video, Search, Social, Programmatic, E-Commerce etc.) & recommend ways to improve performance.
  • Closely monitor and optimize performance during campaign period across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok etc.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years of digital media experience
  • Meticulous, good with numbers and able to organise and prioritise tasks and work under tight timelines
  • Resilient to change and willing to keen to learn new skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties
  • Ready to take up initiatives and ownership of projects
  • Good project management skills & a good team player
