Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Manager to lead paid media planning, activation oversight, optimisation and client management across Southeast Asian markets for a leading jewellery brand. Based within a regional hub structure, this role will work closely with local market teams, platform partners and cross-functional specialists to drive business growth through full-funnel media strategies.

The ideal candidate combines strong performance marketing expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder management and the ability to navigate multi-market complexities.

Note: Priority will be given to those available to start right away, though we welcome all applicants

Key Responsibilities

Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop full-funnel paid media strategies aligned to brand and commercial objectives.

  • Translate business goals into integrated channel strategies across Search, Social, Video, Programmatic & OOH

  • Identify market opportunities, audience strategies and budget allocation recommendations.

  • Ensure consistency in media planning while allowing for local market nuances.

  • Build quarterly and campaign-level media recommendations supported by data and insights.

Campaign Management & Optimisation

  • Oversee campaign activation and optimisation across multiple channels.

  • Guide specialists on campaign structure, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.

  • Monitor performance against KPIs and proactively identify optimisation opportunities.

  • Ensure media investments are delivering efficient growth and business outcomes.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Lead weekly, monthly and campaign reporting across SEA markets.

  • Analyse performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Translate data into clear business insights for clients and stakeholders.

  • Build narratives around market performance, customer behaviour and growth opportunities.

  • Track performance against agreed KPIs including:

  • Revenue

  • ROAS

  • CPA

  • Site Traffic

  • New Customer Acquisition

  • Reach & Frequency

  • Brand Lift metrics (where applicable)

Client Management

  • Serve as a day-to-day client lead for regional stakeholders.

  • Present media strategies, campaign results and optimisation plans confidently.

  • Manage client expectations and provide proactive recommendations.

  • Build strong relationships with both regional and local market stakeholders.

  • Support annual planning, budget discussions and forecasting exercises.

Hub & Market Coordination

  • Coordinate with local agency teams across SEA markets to ensure campaign excellence.

  • Establish best practices and governance processes across markets.

  • Ensure campaign implementation aligns with regional strategy and global guidelines.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and performance reviews across markets.

  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communication.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor executives and specialists within the team.

  • Review campaign setups, media plans and reporting outputs.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity and continuous improvement.

  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.

Requirements

  • 5 years of paid media experience within an agency environment.

  • Experience managing multi-market or regional accounts.

  • Experience managing both brand and performance objectives.

  • Proven track record delivering commercial results for retail, ecommerce, luxury or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and reporting platforms.

  • Experience working with analytics and attribution tools such as:

  • GA4

  • Looker Studio

  • Campaign Manager 360

  • Accutics (preferred)

  • Fashion, beauty or premium retail experience.

  • Experience working within a hub-and-spoke operating model.

  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian consumer and media landscapes.

  • Experience managing campaigns with both ecommerce and store traffic objectives.

  • Understanding of incrementality, attribution and measurement frameworks.
