Join Civica as a People & Operations Support Specialist and play a key role in shaping our workforce experience. This is your chance to take ownership of end-to-end People Operations, making a direct impact on employee engagement and operational efficiency.
In this dynamic role, you’ll lead workforce deployment planning, manage resignations and transfers, conduct interviews for high-priority schools, and coordinate onboarding and on-the-job training (OJT). You'll also advise on leave and disciplinary matters, maintain accurate records and trackers, support performance review processes, and keep leadership informed through regular reporting. Your contributions will ensure smooth, responsive, and people-first operations.
As a valued member of the Manpower Services team, you’ll partner closely with internal teams—including Professional Librarians, Training & Programmes, Collection Services, and POD—to deliver exceptional support to our external stakeholders. Acting as the key contact for LALOs on non-library matters, you’ll handle inquiries, feedback, and grievances with empathy and efficiency.
How You Can Thrive in This Role:
- Possess a diploma or equivalent with relevant experience and adaptable skills
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Have a solid understanding of local HR practices
- Bring robust IT skills along with proficiency in MS Office
