- Own and scale HRIS, ATS, and people ops systems end-to-end
- Global HR compliance across US, LATAM, EU, and APAC jurisdictions
- International and domestic payroll coordination
- Full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between
- Familiarity with token grants and vesting schedules is a plus
