How you will contribute
When you receive a request that is pertinent to your area of responsibility, you will review and co-ordinates activities to respond to that request, communicating progress to clients and scheduling meetings as appropriate, and ensuring service quality is delivered. Good technical writing skills are necessary in this role because you will write documentation and follow up on down-stream processes. In addition, you will manage the filing and storage of documentation, ensuring that Mondelēz International complies with the appropriate data privacy and legal requirements. You will also initiate and follow up on activities as required by third-party vendors, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data and produce and analyze reports as required, and recommend and take action on opportunities for continuous improvement.

The base salary range for this position is $69,300 to $95,315; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

- Operate as the point of contact for Time & Attendance Processes at the site; Establish SOPs and build T&A capabilities within site for managers to own and drive the process
- Standardize local processes around Leave Management, Time & Attendance and Absenteeism Management
- Customize and drive PS capability needs for each unit and partner with local teams to drive Capability efforts for all audiences- Front Line Leaders, People Managers as well as core team
- Lead project governance for the site on PS Workstreams: implement changes, train, report weekly action completed. Act as a role model of Zero loss mindset and principles through effective coaching and development of the team.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define "Top Losses" related to People Services for the site and develop a roadmap to drive down losses in each area
- Lead and be Accountable to establish a strong Governance to Review and Control frequent issues at the site related to PS workstreams
- Travel to MDLZ locations required based on project/ business needs
Key Competencies:
- Data and Analytics- Proficient in working with various People data and metrics and deriving insights into trends and causalities to eliminate losses; High Proficiency in MS Excel
- Root Cause Mindset- Ability to analyze problems down to the root cause and balance between immediate fixes and developing long term systemic solutions to frequently occuring problems
- processes and enhance our capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement- Ability to influence and engage all relevant stakeholders to identify key drivers and enroll in action plans
- Design Thinking- Solving problems by prioritizing the consumer's needs and driving an efficient Change Management approach to major interventions at the site
- Other Competencies- Preferred experience with People Services platforms like Service Now, Workday, ADP and/or Time and Attendance Systems

- local learning delivery
- time & attendance (plant)
- local query resolution
- hourly recruitment (plant outside NA)
PE Advisors in a non-shared service supported country and/or in a plant, will be responsible for delivery of end to end HR services
- Provides HR advice and guidance in relation to their BU, empowered to use their judgement and business knowledge to pre-empt any HR concerns and proactively seek solutions
- Supports documentation and implements local / country specific policies
- Responsible for identifying service issues, proposing improvements and supporting implementing changes
- Supports the delivery of projects and initiatives within their country/BU
- Responsible for Employee Relations support (where service not provided by SSC)
Job specific requirements:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3+ years Human Resource experience
- Previous plant experience preferred
- Strong MS Office Skills, advanced Excel skills
- Customer Service and/or Customer Experience experience
- Ability to analyze data
