The Singapore based Payroll Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with Third Party Vendors (TPAs), HR Operations, People Business Partners, Accounting and employees to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing. This role involves collecting, reviewing, and forwarding data according to a predetermined calendar to ensure correct wages, tax withholding and company deductions. The specialist will serve as an interface between Finance and HRIT to maintain accurate data within a professional and confidential environment.

What You Will Do
  • Manage monthly payrolls in Japan, India, China, Singapore and Hong Kong by collecting and submitting data.
  • Process all employee data changes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Benefits, HR Operations, and global Payroll team to ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Review and approve final monthly payroll reports in partnership with Payroll Managers.
  • Perform regular pre- and post- audits to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Respond to all country specific employee requests promptly,
  • Support HR and Finance/Accounting on payroll related issues, ad-hoc projects, reporting, audits and account reconciliations.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the Global Payroll Team and monthly meetings/communication with third party vendors.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
  • College education or work experience in payroll management.
  • Working knowledge of Workday HRIS or other ERP systems.
  • Solid English communication skills, Japanese language skills are a plus.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to operate autonomously,
  • Excellent attention to details and organizational skills with a commitment to maintain confidentiality.
