Job Summary:
The Payroll Manager for Colombia (LATAM) will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll operations for Helios’ clients within the LATAM region. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for clients in Colombia and the broader LATAM region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with all local payroll laws and regulations, including tax filing and reporting.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare necessary reports.
- Address payroll-related queries and issues from clients and employees promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve payroll processes.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on payroll-related matters and best practices.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations in the LATAM region to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems and software as required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in payroll management within Colombia and the LATAM region.
- In-depth knowledge of Colombian payroll laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a SaaS or HCM environment.
- Professional certifications related to payroll or finance.
