Job Description
Member of the Finance team that will ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, participate in daily data entry Payroll processing. This position will impact a rapidly growing organization and offers career development opportunities for the right candidate.
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed in timely.
Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports, ensure the accuracy of the data.
Understand proper taxation of employer-paid benefits. Great exposure to different country's personal income tax legislation
Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary
Have the chance to deal with the different group of people, such as management team, HR, external Government Officer, internal & external auditor, different level employee.
Respond to employee, statutory body, management query in a very timely manner.
Participate in ad-hoc projects.
Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Basic Requirements
Minimimun Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of accounting experience
Fresh graduates wiht high attention to numbers and details are encouraged to apply.
Working in a payroll environment will be an added advantage.
Some knowledge of Oracle will be preferable.
