We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Payments Specialist to manage and optimize our global payment operations. This role will focus on payment provider relationships, fraud prevention, payment performance analysis, and process optimization to support business growth and enhance customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships and day-to-day communication with payment providers.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize payment flows, conversion rates, and transaction performance.

  • Investigate and resolve payment processing errors and operational issues.

  • Manage fraud prevention and chargebacks to mitigate financial risk.

  • Create, analyze, and interpret payment reports to support business decisions.

  • Set up and configure payment rules, flows, and fraud tools based on business needs.

  • Oversee implementation of new payment solutions, features, and fraud prevention tools.

  • Identify and drive process improvements and payment optimization initiatives.

  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and support teams to deliver cross-functional projects.

  • Document business requirements for payment-related initiatives.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

 Requirements
  • Fluent in English.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Payments, FinTech, or related field preferred.

  • Strong understanding of payment acceptance optimization, data analysis, and fraud prevention.

  • Ability to generate and interpret payment performance reports.

  • Proactive, structured communicator with strong analytical skills.
