What You'll Bring:

  • Master Degree in Business, Finance, Information System or relevant majors.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and cross functionally
  • Ability to effectively interact with senior executives
  • Good consumer behavior acumen with knowledge on how to grow the digital products platforms (web/app) with a good understanding of consumer journeys and consumer engagement

Impact You'll Make:

  • Develop and Own Strategy: Lead the overall app and web strategy as an independent project, considering customer behavior, competitive landscape, and future product bundle roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design features and products that drive sustained app engagement, aiming to double the user base and monthly active users by the end of 2025.
  • Identify Consumer Pain Points: Work with teams such as Marketing, GT, Product, and CSO to identify consumer pain points and align with the overall CI Direct Strategy to rebuild the digital product roadmap.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape to attract new users and sustain user engagement/frequency, focusing on financial apps in Hong Kong and key markets.
  • Roadmap Integration: Understand the Consumer Interactive roadmap and integrate the app into the DTC channel.
  • UI/UX Discussions: Engage in high-level discussions on app features and UI/UX to achieve key objectives.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (including Product, DSA, GT) for project phasing and timelines.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
