We’re looking for a Partner to lead and grow our travel, hospitality, luxury and consumer practice in Singapore. You’ve spent 15 years or more in this business, a good chunk of it agency-side, so we won’t bore you with the usual JD. What matters is this: you know how to win work, you know how to keep clients close, and you know how to build a team that people actually want to stay on.
You’ll be building something, not inheriting it. FINN already has established travel and luxury teams across Greater China and the wider region — your job is to make Singapore the next chapter of that story. You’ll lead strategic communications and brand storytelling for a portfolio of hospitality, F&B, design and lifestyle clients, and you’ll go out and win more of them. You’ll report to our Founding Managing Partner & APAC Lead, working closely with our Managing Partners in Singapore and Greater China.
You are the commercial engine and the senior voice in the room — the person clients call first, and the one they call when something has gone sideways. You’ll help shape the strategy for the business and play a key part in hitting our profitability and growth targets: winning new clients, growing the ones we already have, and managing the budgets across your portfolio of accounts. You’ll shape pitches, negotiate scopes and contracts, and give the kind of counsel that protects a client’s reputation when the pressure is on.
You don’t need to have worked with every brand in the region (yet), but you do need the relationships, the instinct, and the drive to build a book of business from a strong base.
The team side of this job matters as much as the client side. You’ll coach your people, plan who works on what, and help them build their careers. We want you to build a team that does good work and treats both clients and each other with respect — that’s what our seven company values ask of us, and we hold each other to them.
Most importantly, we want someone who takes pride in their work and in their people. Someone who cares about craft, collaboration, and doing things properly — because “good enough” isn’t how we roll.
You will be someone who is
  • A confident business builder — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing come naturally to you
  • Deeply fluent in travel, hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, F&B, and consumer brand storytelling
  • A strategic thinker who turns research and data into insight-driven, earned-first campaigns
  • Trusted at the C-suite table, and steady when the conversation turns to issues or crisis
  • Commercially sharp — forecasts, budgets, scopes, and profitability are yours to own
  • A generous leader and mentor who builds high-performing teams on a foundation of respect
  • Well-connected across regional media, influencer, and industry circles, and happy to be FINN’s face at events
  • Organised under pressure — you juggle several accounts and deadlines without dropping any of them
  • Curious about what’s next in communications, and quick to fold new tools and channels into the work
You likely have …
  • 15+ years in communications, with a significant portion of it in a PR agency
  • A book of business, or the relationships to build one, across travel, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle
  • A track record of hitting growth and profitability targets across a portfolio of accounts
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns spanning earned, social, influencer, and brand
  • Strong resource planning, coaching, and team development instincts
  • Regional perspective — Singapore, Greater China, or wider APAC experience is a real plus
We’re committed to building a healthy, happy team, starting with:
  • 20 days of annual leave
  • FINN-ishing early once a month to rest, relax, and recharge
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Flexible working arrangements (in terms of hours, locations, and outfits)
  • A competitive salary and benefits package
  • A well-stocked pantry
  • Lots of fun, laughter, and love
