Partner Marketing Manager

Datadog is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead channel and cloud partner marketing strategy and execution across the ASEAN markets. In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional partner sales teams and strategic partners—including major cloud providers and regional distributors—to design and implement marketing programs that generate pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and build brand awareness across Southeast Asia. You’ll report to the Senior Group Manager, Partner Marketing for APJ and be a key member of a high-impact, fast-moving partner marketing team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute partner marketing programs with top cloud and channel partners in ASEAN, including joint events, localized digital campaigns, and demand generation initiatives
  • Align closely with partner sales leaders in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines to support regional priorities and drive pipeline and customer acquisition
  • Own the end-to-end execution of partner-led and co-branded marketing activities, from planning to performance analysis
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance to optimize impact and ROI
  • Localize global campaigns and assets for regional relevance, ensuring alignment with Datadog’s broader partner marketing strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global and APJ partner marketing, regional sales, field marketing, and partner enablement teams
  • Manage and allocate Market Development Funds (MDF) effectively across high-impact regional programs
  • Stay up to date on regional trends and best practices in partner marketing across the ASEAN market

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus
  • 4+ years of partner marketing experience, ideally with a focus on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and channel ecosystems in Southeast Asia
  • Deep understanding of the regional partner landscape, including key cloud service providers, resellers, distributors, and global systems integrators (GSIs)
  • Proven track record of executing partner marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results
  • Strategic thinker who can translate regional goals into effective marketing execution
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; comfortable operating in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
  • Desire to work in a collaborative, high-growth, startup-like environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the ASEAN region
