NICE is the market leader in CXi: Customer Experience interactions, and focuses on creating smart, connected, self-service and human assisted interactions, along the entire customer journey. We are looking for an experienced Partner Enablement Solution Engineer to work and enable our new & existing partners on NICE CXOne suite & Digital portfolio and ultimate help them sell and deliver connected CX and digital solutions to their customers. 

A successful Partner Enablement Solution Engineer will work closely with our partners in region from onboarding a to continuous pre-sales and solutions enablement across the CXone and Digital suite. The role also includes pre-sales enablement and certifications activities of our Solution Engineers & Portfolio Sales Engineers of the International division.

How will you make an impact?  

  • Planning & delivery of partner presales enablement across the NICE CXone Suite through various types on engagement and activities (dedicated summits/bootcamp/release updates/pre-sales caffe)
  • Delivery & responsibility for presales enablement to NICE International Solutions Engineering & Portfolio Sales Engineering groups.
  • Ensure the technical onboarding of NICE Pre-Sales new hires by running focused tracks and cohorts.
  • Planning, creation & management of presales curriculums & certifications across the solutions and the portfolio
  • Release Management with the partner & internal presales communities to ensure awareness of the latest capabilities.
  • Management of the demonstration tooling portfolio through live, shared, video and HTML assets.
  • Working and planning with NICE Partner sales Organization for onboarding curriculum and activities of new partners, including building dedicated and gradual enablement plans
  • Product Management liaison, articulation of partner & market needs, managing controlled release participation and feedback.
  • Lead post enablement, coordination and follow-Ups leading to further engagement of the partners.
  • Must be able to develop enablement maturity plans for different categories of partners taking them to the next level.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 3+ years of pre-sales experience in the Digital Experience and/or Customer Experience domains, including working regularly with partners.  
  • Experience working with digital messaging and social media platforms.
  • Experience with knowledge management, both internal & external facing
  • Experience in CCaaS and Contact Cetner applications (e.g. Workforce Engagement apps)
  • Basic knowledge of cloud security
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen to quickly assess the situation and then convey thoughts and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong presentation skills – must possess the ability to sell and effectively build credibility in front of all levels of management, including an executive audience.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with social monitoring & analytics platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, but able to digest the critical elements of a situation to withstand being hyper-focused on the minutia.
  • Ability to multi-task in a challenging environment while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
