Supports partners and fee earners on Singapore Projects matters by organizing and managing documents, proofreading materials, translating Korean and English documents, conducting market research, and assisting with business development. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, judgment, initiative, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Korean fluency and prior paralegal experience in a Singapore or international law firm are required.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting Partner and fee earners in the Singapore Projects team.
Reviewing and organising documentation on ongoing matters.
Dealing with document management on matters.
Proof-reading documents and presentation decks to ensure accuracy.
Translating of documents between Korean and English.
Market research and reporting for matter and client development purposes.
- Participate in and support business development activities.
- Proactively respond to priorities of the team
- Be committed to continuous improvement
Qualifications
Educated to diploma level or equivalent
- Ability to speak, read and write in Korean is compulsory
Relevant Experience
- Previous paralegal experience in a Singapore or international law firm

- IT literate with a good knowledge and high degree of competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
