Job Description
The Position
This internship provides hands-on exposure to demand fulfilment planning in a regional supply chain environment. The intern will support basic planning activities, reporting, and simple scenario analysis, while also assisting the team in leveraging AI and automation to improve planning efficiency.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day demand fulfilment planning tasks, including data preparation and basic analysis.
Assist in maintaining and updating demand, supply, and inventory-related reports.
Support automation of recurring reports using Excel, Power BI, or AI-enabled tools.
Assist in simple scenario planning exercises (e.g. demand changes, supply constraints) and comparison of outcomes.
Support data validation, documentation of processes, and preparation of basic presentation materials.
Provide ad-hoc analytical and administrative support to the DFP team.
Learning Outcomes
Understand core demand fulfilment planning concepts and workflows.
Gain practical experience in data analysis, reporting, and scenario planning.
Learn how AI and automation can be applied in a supply chain planning context.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
Undergraduate or graduate student in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics or related fields.
Strong interest in supply chain planning, data, and process improvement.
Proficient in Excel; exposure to Power BI or AI tools is an advantage.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
