About the Opportunity

The Organizational Culture, Senior Manager will be a key member of the Employer Branding & Organizational Culture Team, working within a diverse global environment. This role partners closely with stakeholders to drive alignment on our mission and core values, develop holistic culture strategies, craft compelling narratives, and design cultural solutions tailored to business needs.

 

Success in this role requires a tenacious and creative mindset, a passion for shaping organizational culture, and the agility to navigate a fast-growing, complex business. As part of a dynamic team, the individual will also have opportunities to contribute to broader Employer Branding & Organizational Culture initiatives as needed.

 

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a cultural champion, helping the team understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving our mission and common goals.

  • Own and drive culture-related projects end-to-end, from ideation and design to execution and measurement, ensuring initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained.

  • Design and prototype new concepts and programs to drive our culture forward—working closely with stakeholders, partners, and leadership to create a roadmap that brings new initiatives to life.

  • Analyze our company culture to identify strengths and gaps, and define the path toward our ideal future state, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our organization and cultural performance through research and benchmarking of top-performing organizations and cultures.

  • Provide consultative and customized solutions that address work environment issues to enhance organizational health and cultural performance.

What We Look For In You 

    • Proven experience in HR consultation, program management, content creation, and communications.

    • Knowledge of organizational culture domains, including employee engagement and retention, organizational development, employee relations, and internal communications.

    • Ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization, relate well to others, listen effectively, and help employees understand and embody core values.

    • A data-driven decision-maker with the ability to advocate for investments in organizational culture strategies.

    • Proven experience in analysis, synthesis, and insight identification.

    • Experience in concept and program creation, roadmapping, and implementing new strategic initiatives.

    • Experience managing LinkedIn and Glassdoor corporate pages.


Nice to Haves

    • Experience leading organizational change and communications projects is a plus.

    • Preferably experience in a fast-moving, global tech industry or start-up company.

    • A proven track record of building and managing global, cross-functional partnerships and relationships.

    • A self-starter with the ability to define objectives, prioritize workload, and produce deliverables.

    • Preferably bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and regions.
