Analysis
- EAI Functional Specification for the interfaces (new or update).
- Acceptance Sign-off of documents
Build
- EAI Interface code in the form of INI, XSL and MQ configuration files.
- Preparation of solution inventory as discussed and agreed between the parties.
- Code, scripts and configuration packages including source code, which are unit tested.
- Code review evidences, and checklists
Test
- All unit tests documentation.
- All unit tests executed successfully (passed).
- Automated Unit Test Cases and Results.
- All defects root cause analysis and fix impact assessment.
- Fix plan & test evidence for fixes.
- Acceptance sign-off of test documents and test results.
- No outstanding bugs or defects raised during SIT and UAT
Deployment
- Submission of UAT and Production deployment request.
- Technical knowledge transfers by Supplier to EAI team.
- Deployment request approvals.
- Acceptance sign-off of completed deployment
