Responsible for production support, application onboarding, tracking issues, documenting procedures, and developing automation scripts within IAM tools.
- Perform production support which include Application onboarding and application matrix updates to in-house IAM tools within SLA.
- Perform production support for HR Lifecycle and Roled Based management to in-house IAM tools within SLA.
- Support the preparations of data in preparations for production support and Audits
- Track issue raised by users and follow up until closure.
- Document and maintain operating procedures
- Develop scripts to automate work
Requirements
- Working experience in production support roles in large enterprise IAM environment
- Scripting skills to develop scripts for automation
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience required
- Good working knowledge of Access Management lifecycle and process
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience in banking or financial services institutions preferred
