PURPOSE

To actively involved in UAT execution and test plan review to prepare for the product launch or enhancement to product or system.

When the need arises, this candidate will be required to do first level CDD checks for New Business Applications and help out in incoming

mails sorting and scanning.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

  • User Acceptance Test for newly developed products and or enhancement to product or system
  • To execute test plan and record test results accurately
  • Identify, record and document defects timely
  • Ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned by the manager

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • O or A level holders
  • IT Savvy
  • Positive work attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • High degree of proficiency in system and internet applications, Outlook & Internet applications.
  • Good understanding of life insurance product and/or claims.
