We are a growing regional digital bank group and are revolutionizing financial banking services across Southeast Asia. Our mission is to unlock big dreams and drive financial inclusion throughout the region. As a regional digital bank, we have the right foundation—data, technology, and trust—because we build with heart. We believe that real impact starts with real people. If you're ready to own the mission and help us shape the future of digital banking, we invite you to join us.

The team

We serve as the backbone for SME lending and transaction management, ensuring efficiency and risk mitigation through rigorous transaction control, accurate settlement processing, and reliable payment operations. Beyond our core duties, we act as a collaborative force, fostering accountability and continuous improvement by bridging onshore and offshore efforts and contributing to system-wide enhancements.

Job Responsibilities

Transactions Control

  • Execute and support day-to-day Transactions Control processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistency across all activities.

  • Review and verify invoices and related documents to ensure eligibility for invoice financing.

  • Conduct thorough checks to prevent duplicate financing and mitigate potential financial risks.

  • Ensure all loan applications comply with approved credit conditions before disbursement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoice financing.

Settlements

  • Serve as a checker for repayments received for invoice financing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

  • Oversee the timely and accurate settlement of loan repayments, ensuring alignment with internal controls and SLA commitments.

  • Safeguard accuracy in the allocation of buyer invoice payments, ensuring proper application to financed invoices and prompt refund of excess funds.

Payments / Trust Account Operations

  • Exercise approval authority over outgoing payments, including local transfers and cross-border remittances, ensuring compliance with policies and controls.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve payment-related discrepancies or exceptions.

  • Manage investor withdrawal processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and operational integrity.

Team Collaboration & Senior Support

  • Work closely with onshore and offshore team members to ensure alignment and consistent service delivery.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, promoting a culture of accountability, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior colleagues, assisting in the development of accurate and well-documented operational procedures.

  • Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes that meet deadlines, service standards, and risk management expectations.

Continuous Improvement & Industry Awareness

  • Participate in and support process reviews, including process mapping and documentation updates.

  • Contribute to system enhancement initiatives through requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and constructive feedback.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline transactional processes and optimize settlement timelines.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SME Lending and operations management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree holder.

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in an operations role within the financial services industry (experience in SME lending or fintech is a plus).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.

  • Highly organized, meticulous, and results-oriented; able to work independently under pressure while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; prior experience in process reviews and UAT is an advantage.
