Responsibilities
- Support activities that follow the sales cycle.
- Preparing monthly revenue forecasts and submissions.
- Act as a point of contact for internal tools, processes, guidance, initiatives, and projects.
- Advise business on preparation of pricing and billing template.
- Opportunity management of sales pipeline for accounts and geo.
- Support with non-complex rate card creation.
- Opportunity deal reviews in Sales app for low and medium level deals.
- Review of client and provide project margin analysis.
- Working alongside Resourcing team on the tracking and updates of billable and non-billable resources.
- Support the implementation of global and regional operations initiatives.
Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- At least 3 years working experience in similar role or internal finance/accounting function.
- Microsoft office applications, advanced excel skills preferred.
- Self-motivated, independent and attentive to details with good interpersonal skill.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
- Fluency in English language
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
