Assist in driving digital transformation initiatives within the department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate project activities, ensure timely completion, and monitor progress.
Identify operational pain points and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency.
Develop, maintain and update documentation of project processes ,workflows and procedures.
Operational Support:
Provide backup support for processing tasks when required.
Ensure seamless operations during staff absences, manpower gaps, or peak period volume
Bachelor’s degree in business, Business IT, Finance, or related field.
Relevant experience in project management or data analytics. (To delete)
Strong analytical capability, understands operational pain points, and can visualize the entire process from initiation to customer delivery
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, VBA, Power BI, Python, MS Access and project management tools will be an added advantage.
Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI driven enhancement or workflow re-design is an added advantage.
Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile or other project management methodology will be advantageous.
Banking domain knowledge in Consumer Loans is preferred.
