Job Responsibilities :

The Operations Intern will support the team with a wide range of budgeting, procurement, invoicing and operations process optimization and automation. The role will also contribute to successful operations of our Cloud Services team that is responsible to develop and operate the backbone services that is consumed by millions of gamers across the world 24x7.

You will be exposed to the following areas during the internship:

• Assisting with resource planning, budgeting and procurement process, follow up on payment.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and work with developers to implement automation pipelines to support procurement and operations processes.
• Facilitate with operations such as updating systems with latest cost, marketing text, product images.
• Extracting and generating reports from various databases periodically for the team.
• Create and follow up on procurement process, from purchase requestion to goods received.
• Manage and keep various parties updated on purchase requisitions, processing of invoices, and payment to vendors.

• Proactive, innovative, flexible and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities with a desire to develop in project manager roles.
• Good knowledge or willingness to familiarize themselves with Microsoft Office, Python. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Service Now is a plus.
• The ability to respond to conflicting deadlines, work independently and time management.
