About the role

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the inbound sales on orders processing, coordinating deliveries, inventory and sales orders analysis/reporting. This is a 6-month contract role basis,with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position based on business needs and satisfactory performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise with Sales to understand their demands for the products and enable forecasting

  • Liaise and follow up with supplier on shipping arrangement as well as co-ordinate with freight forwarder and manage custom clearance

  • Manage the Inventory, ensuring that the physical consignment stock and records in the ERP system are accounted for, and undertake investigation when there are discrepancies

  • Coordinate the deployment and utilisation of the Dispatch for delivery

  • Process orders and manage the billing process accurately and promptly

  • Support process improvement to enhance efficiency and undertake cost-benefit analysis



Requirements
  • NITEC or Diploma
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in logistics
  • Proficient in ERP system
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate ownership and initiative

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
