Job Description
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for project operations, ensuring planning execution, and service delivery across teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high performing teams in project management and operations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks for project execution, service delivery, and operations.
• Identify chronic operational and security issues, and ensure they are managed appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, regulatory standards and internal policies
• Drive the enhancement of operational and project management frameworks.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Responsible for team & vendor management, oversee relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
• Oversee client onboarding, retention, and satisfaction efforts. Ensure quality and consistency in service delivery to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of service delivery strategies. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of operational risk and issues.
• Play a significant role in shaping the long-term operational strategy, ensuring scalability, profitability, and alignment with organisational goals.
Requirements
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent experience
• 12 or more years of professional work experience in the security field. Experience with Project operations management and service delivery environment
• Proficient experience working in an Agile environment.
• Demonstrates broad knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, trends and strategy.
• Strong analytical skills to define risk, identify potential threats, and develop action/mitigation plan.
• Organizational, project management, interpersonal and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects and assist/advise support engineers in establishing appropriate priorities as well as demonstrated ability to manage customer projects and portfolios.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to mentor/train staff and bring awareness to current and emerging threats
